To be able to really start living your dream life, I've learnt over the years you first need to deal with the issues that are currently holding you back from understanding what your dream life is.
I've been on quite a journey myself to figure out what I needed to change in my own behavior to perceive this peace, love and joy every day that your dream life can bring you. This wasn't an easy walk in the park to be honest... It took me quite some time to trust different people to show me what skills I have and what fits my personality. From counseling with psychologists to different types of therapists and healers around the world; each and every session, training, book and (online) course has brought me closer to who I am today.
All these wonderful people have given me the knowledge and experience to fully embody my own strengths and weaknesses and have taught me how to work with those every day. The most memorable experience of all was my will to accept that my search was over and I was ready to show others how to find that strength within themselves as well.
This has been my inspiration for writing the book "Issues & Tissues" where I share 7 different issues to get to understand which ones are currently blocking you from reaching your true potential in life. The audio chapters really dive deeper into the emotional traumas that come with those issues and will help you release the pain with every audio you listen to.
There are days you need to go back and listen again to the same audio chapter to remind you of what you really need to let go of in your life, whereas other times you just need to read some reminders to help you stay focused on what matters most to you. It's really an intuitive journey and never the same as the day before.
So when you ask me how to start creating and living your dream life, I would recommend by starting with the present. Go and do yourself a favor by clearing out your current issues and look at what happened in the past, before you start building your future!
