The Gratitude Challenge: Who joins me in spreading some hope, joy & love into the world?

How come we tend to focus always on the things we don't have, the things we haven't achieved yet or the things yet to come?

Why can't we be more happy with what we've already achieved?

Feeling deep gratitude is actually very healing and can shift your energy in just a few minutes.

Have you ever tried feeling grateful for something when you're feeling down and miserable?

Did you try focusing on something you achieved or experienced in life that you've already overcome?

Thinking back at the challenges or struggles you went through to see where you are today is a very powerful exercise that can help you feel lighter instantly.

Making it a habit to think every day about something that you've struggled with, but somehow managed to overcome, is building your self confidence slowly.

Now that we're reaching the end of the year 2025, there's always a moment of reflection on the past year and on the things yet to come.
