I mean, isn't it way more comfortable to just talk about what the other person did compared to owning up to your own decisions?
Getting a new perspective on your life isn't exactly a super fun ride all the time, it actually takes a lot of effort and energy to make some changes to your current lifestyle.
And that's why I'm here to guide you!

The way I designed the different tools, workshops & events for your journey of change, is really for you to slowly become aware of the issues that need your attention.
The book and album are a great start for figuring out what you might need to change in your current lifestyle.
And when you feel ready to take action on those changes you so truly desire, then please join one of our workshops or events for more in depth guidance and healing.

This 45 minutes audio challenge takes you through 7 steps to discover your current challenges that block you from living your dream life.
The Experience
Join one of the workshops with Esther to practice all the lessons you've learnt through the book and/or the album.
Each workshop is centered around one of the themes discussed in the book:
Trust-Acceptance-Forgiveness-Communication-Setting Boundaries-Commitment-Focus
Esther uses her own method (Relax - Express - Recharge) to help and guide you through specific exercises.
Time is No Issue & How to talk to strangers are two examples of exercises that Esther will use during the workshop to help you connect with yourself and others from a place of compassion.
